Accessed course materials or program content

Attended live sessions or coaching calls

Received your intuitive reading or Human Design blueprint

Been granted access to the membership community

4.5 Cooling-Off Period Exception

Under Australian Consumer Law, for services purchased online, you may have certain cooling-off rights. However, these rights do not apply once service delivery has commenced with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right to cancel.

By purchasing and accessing our services, you expressly agree that service delivery begins immediately and you waive your right to the cooling-off period.

5. ACCESS AND DELIVERY

5.1 Digital Access

Most of our programs and materials are delivered digitally. You are responsible for:

Having appropriate internet access and technology

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

Any activity that occurs under your account

5.2 Lifetime Access

Where "lifetime access" is stated, this means access for as long as the program exists in our business. We reserve the right to discontinue programs, though we will provide reasonable notice where possible.

We cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality from other participants

Live sessions may be recorded for replay purposes. By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you prefer not to appear on recording, you may turn off your camera and use a pseudonym.

8. CODE OF CONDUCT

8.1 Community Standards

We maintain a safe, respectful community. You agree to:

Treat all participants and facilitators with respect

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

Not share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive

Respect intellectual property and confidentiality

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates our community standards, without refund.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

9.1 No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing valuable services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your experience and outcomes depend on many factors including your own commitment, circumstances, and actions.

9.2 Intuitive Services Disclaimer

Intuitive readings and guidance are:

Based on spiritual and intuitive perception

Provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes

Not predictive or guaranteed to be accurate

Not a substitute for professional advice

You acknowledge that intuitive services are subjective in nature and interpretation.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Awakening Academy, its owners, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
